Transforming Customer Experience Through Immersive Human-Centered Training

Summary: Led the full production for the “Mastering the Human-Centered Customer Experience” corporate training program, creating an immersive, 12-module course designed to transform how organizations deliver customer experiences (CX).

Challenge & Solution: Corporations want to deliver CX experiences built on empathy. We partnered with a CX subject-matter expert to produce a 12-module course (64 lessons, 10 hrs of content) with expert interviews, AI-enhanced visuals, and interactive quizzes. We handled pre-production, filming, and post-production to ensure optimal lighting, sound, and visual flow, as well as captions and audio optimization.  

Impact: The final product delivered a premium learning experience that brought corporate training closer to professional broadcasting quality.
